Abstract
The Open IPTV Forum developed standards-based specifications for end-to-end IPTV services, and has developed a certification program for purposes of enabling the validation of device, technology, service, and application providers to the OIPF specifications. Members included network operators, content providers, service providers, consumer electronics manufacturers, and home and network infrastructure providers. *Transferred technical activities to the HbbTV Association as of 16 June 2014.
