Abstract
The IT Service Management Forum (itSMF), founded in the United Kingdom in 1991, develops and promotes IT service management "best practices", standards and qualifications, such as the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). The itSMF provides a forum for users, suppliers and other stakeholders of IT services and products, as well as information sources and events.
