Abstract
In 1999, the Center for Global Standards Analysis was created as a separate non-profit corporation located at the Catholic University of America, Washington, DC (“CUA”).2) From 1999 to 2001, the Center offered a standards education course, Strategic Standardization, to graduate engineering and law students. Several standards development organizations, associations, corporations, government departments and agencies, law firms and testing laboratories provided expert speakers to help support the course.
