Abstract
Enterprise Grid Computing was a managed architecture that aggregated the IT resources of a business data center into dynamically assignable pools. Its attributes included: scalability, load-balancing capabilities, support for a variety of systems, fault resilience through systems and interconnects, and on-the-fly additions of new systems to support incremental growth. *Merged with the Global Grid Forum in 2006 to become the Open Grid Forum
